We have been commissioned, through an old friend and yacht broker, Bob Rodgers of Rodgers Yacht Sales in Noank, CT, to build a 60' Morrelli and Melvin of Huntington Beach, CA. The cat will be set up for family cruising, but she will also be awesomely fast! We have been directed to keep her as light and nimble as possible which has become the norm here. We are currently doing the final testing to determine whether to build the hull with pre-preg or SCRIMP infusion methods, either of which would utilize advanced composites such as carbon fiber,...(Read More)

We build his concepts into his houses (both on Kiawah Island, South Carolina and in Cushing, Maine), so he can showcase...(Read More)
More detailsJeff and Meg Pierce are returning to us for another classic looking boat in the vein of the rumrunners of old. While their first boat built with us, COMET, has been a huge success for their use on the Cape, the new boat will be heading to the west coast of Florida for picnics and short junkets. Aluminum-built, the 31' open center consol will have plenty of teak and varnished wood on her as well. She will be powered by a 422 hp Volvo D6-435 diesel connected to a Hamilton 292 Jet for an estimated speed of 34 knots. ...(Read More)
